How the information is used

Inquiry information is used to understand whether Heavyweights can help, reply to you, and follow up on the work you described. It is not added to a mailing list or sold.

Basic site analytics

The site records a limited page-view event and the page path. It does not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking.

Storage and removal

The site targets a 90-day retention window for inquiry records and a 30-day window for basic analytics. Cleanup runs when the site next processes an inquiry or page-view event, and when the inquiry queue is reviewed; after a period with no activity, a record may remain until that next cleanup. To request deletion at any time, use the contact form and choose “Privacy or data request.” Heavyweights will locate records by the email address you submit and remove matching inquiry records.
